Chris  pratique le droit du travail individuel et collectif, et plus particulièrement le droit du licenciement individuel et collectif. Il est aussi spécialiste en transferts d’entreprises, outsourcing et la détermination du droit applicable dans un contexte international. Chris consacre également une attention particulière à la problématique sur le  Comité d'entreprise Européen.

Chris est déjà intervenu en tant que conseiller des Communautés Européennes, notamment en ce qui concerne le Comité d'entreprise Européen et l’évolution du droit du travail. Il a également conseillé l'Organisation Internationale du Travail.

Chris est licencié en droit de la KU Leuven, où il a également obtenu un doctorat en droit. Il a également obtenu un Master of Laws de l'Université de Californie, Los Angeles, USA (UCLA). Chris enseigne actuellement à la Faculté de Droit de la K.U.Leuven et participe également au programme MBA au sein de la même université.
