Renée Vandekendelaere

Renée advises national and international clients on various aspects of individual and collective labor law. She also regularly assists clients in connection with various aspects of international employment including business migration (single permits, visas and residence of foreign employees) and simultaneous employment in multiple countries. She is also co-author of the book “Arbeidsmigratie in België: tewerkstelling buitenlandse werknemers”.

Renée obtained her Master's degree in Law at the VUB in 2019 with a specialisation in Civil and Procedural Law with distinction. Renée has been a member of the Brussels Bar since September 2019 and joined the Claeys & Engels team in September 2019.
