Lynn advises clients on a daily basis with respect to different aspects of individual and collective labour issues, with an accent on individual employment law (employment contracts, modification of employment conditions and other issues arising during the employment relationship, work incapacity and reintegration, redundancies, protection again dismissal, flexible remuneration forms (bonus, CBA n° 90,…), etc.) and also with respect to the matter of “false self-employment’.

Lynn also regularly pleads before the labour courts, is a regular speaker at internal and external seminars and contributes to legal publications such as "Praktijkboek Ontslag", "HR Square" and “ZigZagHR”.

Lynn graduated from the University of Ghent (UGent) in 2008 and the following year she obtained an Advanced Master in Social Law from the Université Libre de Bruxelles.

Lynn joined Claeys & Engels in 2009 and in the same year became a member of the Ghent Bar.
