Justin specialises in the various aspects of tax law in the field of Compensation & Benefits and human resources in the broadest sense, as well as aspects of social security law.

He advises and assists clients in the field of national and international remuneration schemes (e.g. cafeteria plans, incentive plans, benefits in kind, employer's own expenses, withholding tax exemptions, pensions, salary-splits, secondments, specific tax regimes, etc.).

Justin also assists taxpayers in preparing and filing personal income tax returns and non-resident tax returns. He also represents their interests in all dealings with the tax authorities.

Justin obtained a Master’s degree in Management from HEC Liège in 2020. In the following year, he also obtained a Master’s degree in Law as well as an Advanced Master in Tax Law.

Justin is a member of the Brussel Bar since October 2021. He joined Claeys & Engels as a trainee lawyer the same year.
