Frédéric’s preferred area of practice focuses on employment law and, in particular, special dismissal procedures, GDPR, wage moderation, management agreements, occupational accidents / welfare at work and the nature of the employment relationship (fake self-employment). He regularly gives seminars and writes articles (protected workers, wage moderation, Covid in labour law, protection of the private life in labour law etc.) on these subjects.

Frédéric was assistant at the University of Liège in arbitration law and has been appointed as arbitrator in various procedures.

He is a member of the editorial board of various legal magazines, presented the speech for the opening session of the Liège Bar in 2013 and was a member of the council of the Order of the said Bar (2016-2018).

He graduated from the University of Liège and is a member of the Liège bar.

In 2020, Frédéric reached counsel status within Claeys & Engels.
