Nadège Toussaint specialises in several key aspects of social security and tax law.

Her main interest lies in the field of "Compensation & Benefits". Nadège frequently assists employers with regard to remuneration and alternative benefits they can grant their employees, and this from a tax as well as a social security point of view. She advises, for instance, regarding the grant of a company car, meal vouchers, gift and eco vouchers, complementary payments to social benefits, etc.  Nadège likewise specialises in the lump sum reimbursement of expenses (including seeking tax rulings when necessary).

Nadège regularly assists with social inspection controls with regard to the social security treatment of granted benefits and the calculation of holiday pay. She is in frequent contact with the social security (NOSS) and tax authorities.

In addition, Nadège is a frequent speaker at seminars and is the author of various publications regarding her areas of expertise.

Nadège is a member of the Brussels Bar since September 1997. She holds a master’s degree in German philology, studying in both English and German at the UCL (Belgium). In 1997 she obtained a master’s degree in law at the same university and subsequently studied tax law at the Ecole Supérieure des Sciences Fiscales of the ICHEC.
