Victoria Van Damme

Victoria has been a member of the French Order of the Brussels Bar since October 2024. That same year, she joined Claeys & Engels as a lawyer, where she is active in pension law. In this regard, she advises companies on the various aspects  of occupational and statutory pensions. She supports her clients at all stages of their cases: introduction and harmonization, modifications and transfers of occupational pension plans (at both the company and sector levels), compliance with the legal framework and governance obligations related to complementary pensions, drafting of pension funds documents, setting up of pension funds, as well as the dissolution and liquidation of pension funds.

After completing her bachelor's degree at l’Université Saint-Louis-Bruxelles, she graduated magna cum laude in 2024 from l’UCLouvain.
