Naomi advises national and international clients on various aspects of individual and collective labor law (e.g., hiring, individual and collective dismissal, working time, compensation, international employment, transfer of undertaking, discrimination, etc.). Naomi also represents clients before the Belgian courts in the context of legal proceedings.
Naomi obtained her Master of Laws degree from the Free University of Brussels (‘VUB’) in 2019. Naomi has been a member of the Dutch-speaking Bar Association of the Brussels Bar since September 2019 and an attorney at Claeys & Engels since September 2023. Prior to that, she gained relevant experience within law firm KPMG Law.
