Maïté has been a member of the Ghent Bar since September 2025. In the same month, she joined Claeys & Engels, where she focuses on various aspects of employment law.
Maïté holds a Master's degree in Law with a specialisation in International and European Law from Ghent University. During her Master's programme, she studied at Aarhus University in Denmark as part of an Erasmus exchange programme.
