Jana Byl

Jana has been a member of the Antwerp Bar Association since September 2025. She joined the Claeys & Engels team in the same month. She is active in various branches of employment law. 

In July 2024, Jana graduated with distinction from the Faculty of Law at the KU Leuven. As a part of an Erasmus exchange, she studied for one semester at Kingston University during her second master year at KU Leuven. She then pursued an additional master’s degree in social law at the Vrije Universiteit Brussel, where she graduated with distinction. During her studies, she also gained valuable practical experience at several law firms specializing in social law.
