Hannelore Mouwen
Hannelore provides employers with legal and strategic advice on many aspects of individual and collective employment law. Thus, she assists national and international clients in connection with recruitment and dismissals, social consultation, restructurings, social elections and individual and collective labour agreements. She does both advisory and procedural work.
In September 2019, Hannelore took the oath at the Brussels Bar (Dutch order). In October 2024, she joined Claeys & Engels and has been member of the Ghent Bar since then.
Hannelore obtained her Master of Laws degree from Ghent University in June 2018. During her second master year, she studied a semester at the University of Technology Sydney. She then obtained an LL.M. in International Business Law at King's College London in 2019.
