Thomas advises companies in all aspects of individual and collective employment law.
He also assists clients in corporate governance issues, management and termination contracts with executives, and the regulatory aspects of remuneration within listed companies, banks and insurance companies.
Thomas has been a teaching assistant in employment law at the Faculty of law of the UCLouvain (Centre for Interdisciplinary research on business law issues). He is the author of several publications in the field of employment law and corporate governance.
Thomas graduated in law from UCLouvain (2014). He studied at the University of Bologna as part of an Erasmus exchange.
