Jean-Yves has been practicing labour law and social security law since 1997.
He focuses especially on employment law and labour relations, with a special interest in personnel representation, termination of contracts, harassment, discrimination and non-competition issues. He is also specialised in public law.
Jean-Yves often participates as a speaker at seminars and is also the author of a large number of publications.
He graduated from the University of Louvain-la-Neuve (UCL) and was awarded a Diplôme d’Etudes Spécialisées en droit social by the University of Brussels (ULB).
