In collaboration with Randstad, Claeys & Engels has recently held a series of seminars at eight locations in Belgium on the topic of dismissal.

Perhaps you were one of the more than 600 HR Professionals who attended and voted with your smartphone on the five questions we included in our anonymous poll. We are happy to share the responses of your colleagues.

We are often asked the question “How do other companies deal with a dismissal?”. Although not strictly a legal question, it seemed useful to share insights into the trends in practice of this difficult and often emotional HR process.
