At the end of last week, the draft Act containing various provisions was approved by Parliament. While it still needs to be published in the Belgian Official Gazette, a final text has now been adopted. Together with the Programme Act of 18 July 2025, this constitutes the second major legislative instrument giving effect to the Government Agreement.
