Anne provides legal and strategic advice to employers on many aspects of individual and collective employment law.

Among other things, she advises on the possible risks, the financial consequences and the concrete steps to be taken in the context of individual dismissals. In addition, Anne provides clients on a daily basis with quick and practical advice on all questions concerning employment contracts, recruitment, protected employees, social elections, etc.

Anne also advises and assists Belgian and international companies in the strategic preparation and practical implementation of reorganisations. Moreover, she regularly coordinates international projects.

Anne also focuses on legal proceedings and regularly pleads before labour tribunals.

Anne has a particular interest in sports law. Since 2019, she has been part of the Bondsparket of Tennis Vlaanderen.

She also regularly speaks at internal and external seminars and has published several articles.

In 2014, Anne obtained her Master of Laws at Hasselt University. During this programme, she studied one semester at the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid (UAM) in Spain.

In 2015, Anne graduated cum laude from the University of Amsterdam, where she pursued an English-language master's degree in international and European labour law.
