The new salary thresholds for 2015
The Federal Public Service Employment has changed the remuneration thresholds to be taken into account for applying certain legal provisions of employment contracts of white-collar employees.
As of 1 January 2015, following amounts will apply:

This means essentially that the salary thresholds applicable for employment contracts in 2015 will only be relevant for the validity of the non-competition clause, the arbitration clause and the education clause.
