Sander has been a member of the Ghent Bar since September 2026. Since then, he has been part of the team at Claeys & Engels in Ghent as a trainee lawyer, where he works in various areas of employment law.
In July 2026, Sander obtained his Master’s degree in Law with distinction from Ghent University. During the graduation ceremony, he received the award for Best Master’s Thesis in Social Law 2026, presented by the Ghent Labour Court of Appeal.
