Emma has been a member of the Dutch Order of the Brussels Bar since September 2026 and has been part of the Claeys & Engels team ever since. She is active in various areas of individual and collective employment law.
Emma obtained her Master’s degree from KU Leuven in 2025, graduating magna cum laude. She subsequently specialised in social law by completing an Advanced Master in Social Law at the Université libre de Bruxelles, where she graduated summa cum laude.
