Vincent Chu

Vincent has been a member of the Dutch-speaking Bar Association at the Brussels Bar since October 2024. In August 2025, he joined Claeys & Engels. He began his career at a Big Four firm, where he advised on tax aspects of M&A transactions. At Claeys & Engels, Vincent is part of the Compensation and Benefits team.

Vincent obtained his Master of Laws degree from the Vrije Universiteit Brussel in June 2024. The following year, he started the advanced Master of Corporate Law program at KU Leuven (Brussels campus). In addition, he obtained a postgraduate degree in Tax Sciences from the Fiscale Hogeschool in Brussels.
