Since September 2024, Jelena has been associated with the Dutch-speaking Bar Association of the Brussels Bar. That same year, she joined the team of Claeys & Engels in Brussels, where she works in various branches of employment law at both national and international level.
In 2024, Jelena obtained her Master of Laws with distinction in 2024 from the KU Leuven. During her university studies, she specialised in social and private law.
