Today, Claeys & Engels launches a chatbot that can answer your questions about the upcoming social elections. Go to www.socialelections.be and meet our new chatbot.

The social elections will be held in 2020, but the procedure kicks off in December this year. With that in mind, you will no doubt have queries or need to be reminded of some of the basics. That’s where our new chatbot can help.

All you do is go to www.socialelections.be (in Dutch or French) and pick the theme you have a question about. The chatbot will provide the information you are looking for in the form of a conversation. Or you can ask it a question yourself. The chatbot is smart enough to understand your questions and give you the answer you are looking for. It is also smart enough to know when occasionally it does not have an immediate answer: then it will give you an overview of the relevant themes so you can quickly find the answer yourself.

This chatbot is in line with the innovation strategy of our firm to provide you with quick, clear information. The technology has been developed by lawren.io , a Belgian legaltech startup that specializes in the development of legal chatbots.
