Fabienne Raepsaet

Fabienne practices individual and collective employment law and she assists clients in particular regarding termination of employment contracts, restructuring, personnel representatives, strikes, discrimination and harassment at work. Fabienne also regularly advises on privacy and data protection law, in particular the GDPR. She also practices civil service law.

Fabienne has written several publications on these topics and she regularly speaks on these matters at internal and external seminars.

After graduating in law from the University of Liège (1999), Fabienne obtained a special degree in social law at the ULg in 2000 (partly given at the KUL) as well as a Master’s degree in European Integration and Development from the VUB in 2005. Fabienne has been a member of the Brussels Bar since 2000. She is attorney - counsel at Claeys & Engels.

In 2018 Fabienne obtained the DPO certificate from the Data Protection Institute.
