Nicolas advises clients on a daily basis with respect to all national and international fiscal (and parafiscal) issues that fall in the scope of human resources management in its broadest sense.
He has an extensive experience in international mobility of workers and directors (salary split, posting of workers, special tax status, ...) and regularly provides legal opinions on alternative forms of workers incentives (stock options, warrants, free shares or with a discount, cafeteria plan, bonus, ...).
Nicolas also assists taxpayers in preparing and filing their income tax returns as residents or non-residents in Belgium and defends their interests before the Ruling commission or in administrative and judicial proceedings.
Regular speaker at tax seminars, he publishes in various legal and tax periodicals. He obtained a specialised Master in tax management from the Solvay Brussels School of Economics and Management in 2013 and speaks French, English and Dutch.
Nicolas started his career as a lawyer at the Brussels Bar in January 2011, after obtaining his Master's degree in law from the Catholic University of Louvain in 2009 and an additional Master in European studies from the Institute for European Studies of the Université Libre de Bruxelles in 2010.
