Leen advises clients on a daily basis with respect to individual and collective labour law issues and assists clients involved in legal proceedings. Leen regularly pleads before the labour courts.
Leen is a frequent speaker at internal and external seminars and is co-author of the annual publication "Praktijkboek Ontslag".
In 2015, she worked for three months at Lewis Silkin, the English partner of our international alliance Ius Laboris.
Leen obtained her Master of Laws degree at the University of Antwerp (UA) in 2009, after having studied in Antwerp and Nice (France). In 2010 she earned a master of social law at the Université Libre de Bruxelles (ULB), and the same year began her career as a lawyer at Claeys & Engels. Leen is a member of the Antwerp Bar.
