Dries assists on a daily basis Belgian and international clients with respect to various aspects of social law (amongst other things hiring and severance, collective labour law, collective conflicts, false self-employment, restructuring, etc.), including international employment and immigration. In addition, he is regularly active in employment litigation matters (both collective and individual conflicts).
He is a frequent speaker at seminars on these areas of expertise. He is co-author of the book "Tewerkstelling Buitenlandse Werknemers" (concerning the employment of foreign employees in Belgium).
Dries obtained his Masters of Laws degree at the University of Ghent in 2009 and is a member of the Brussels Bar since the same year.
