Veerle Van Keirsbilck

Veerle focuses on various areas of social law. She provides advice in individual employment law and conducts legal proceedings in these areas before the labour court.

She also has considerable expertise in the social law aspects of working with (foreign) subcontractors.

Furthermore, she specialises in social criminal law. She frequently assists clients during social inspections and regularly pleads before the criminal court.

With her expertise in social inspections and the issues of working with (foreign) subcontractors, she often speaks at seminars and gives internal training courses to companies on these subjects.

She graduated as Master of Law at the University of Ghent in 2009. After her studies, she joined our law office and became a member of the Kortrijk bar.
