Hanne Cattoir

Hanne renders advice on a daily basis to clients with regard to all the different aspects of individual and collective employment law, such as amongst others redundancies, employment contracts, hiring, protected workers, social elections, end of career arrangements, UCA, outplacement, etc.

Hanne has a particular interest in assisting (from A to Z) clients who are going through a reorganization.

In addition, Hanne specializes in litigation and she therefore frequently acts before the courts and tribunals.

In 2021 Hanne obtained the DPO (Data Protection Officer) certificate.

Hanne is a regular speaker at internal and external seminars and has published several articles.

In June 2013, she graduated in law with “high merit” from the University of Ghent. During her first master Hanne studied for one semester at the University of Santa Clara Law School (California, USA). In September 2013, Hanne became a member of the Brussels Bar. As from 2016 she became a member of the Ghent Bar.
