Arnout Crauwels

Arnout assists national and international clients in the field of individual and collective employment law in the broadest sense. He supports and guides clients in dealing with restructurings, acquisitions, dismissals and redundancies and other topics pertaining to employment contract law. Arnout specifically specializes in the various aspects of individual employment termination law. In this context he has already published several articles in various employment law journals, such as J.T.T. and Oriëntatie.

Next to giving advice to clients, Arnout frequently pleads before the Belgian labour courts.

Arnout obtained his Master’s degree in law from the University of Ghent where he graduated magna cum laude in 2004. The same year he was admitted as a member of the Brussels Bar (Dutch Language Bar Association). Also in 2004, he joined Claeys & Engels.
