Social elections 2020 - Do not miss any procedural step thanks to your electronic calendar

Claeys & Engels offers you the opportunity to include an overview in your agenda of the various steps in the election procedure in function of the specific election date in your company.

To guide you through the preparation of the long election procedure and to avoid overlooking certain steps, we have developed some free tools for our clients.

You can, for example, consult the election calendar that corresponds with the possible election date online and convert it into a PDF document or print it. We have already noticed that most companies have opted for 11 or 14 May 2020 as election date.

Consequently, you have the possibility to download all steps of the electoral calendar to have a useful overview at hand. You can choose whether, for each step, you would like to receive a reminder by e-mail of the next step to be taken. You will then receive an e-mail with a short explanation for each step so that you can timely prepare yourself.
