Social elections 2020 - The web application of the FPS Employment and the e-Box: is your company already registered?
The FPS Employment will again provide companies with a web application with regard to the organisation of the 2020 social elections. This application can also be used by the trade unions. For the 2020 social elections, the possibilities of notifications via the application have been extended. The FPS Employment will communicate with companies via the social security e-Box.
As in the past, the FPS Employment provides a web application for the organisation of the 2020 social elections enabling those companies obliged to organise social elections, to download, complete and send information and forms provided for the electoral procedure. This web application can also be used by the trade unions to submit their lists of candidates digitally.
For the organisation of the 2020 social elections, the possibilities of notification via the application have also been extended: communication by the company of the advice for day X, amended after a complaint or after a court decision, communication by the trade unions of a candidate’s replacement and their witness lists.
A secured electronic letterbox (e-Box) through which the FPS Employment will send information concerning the social elections to companies has also been provided as for previous elections.
Companies that already have an e-Box will receive a first message on the forthcoming social elections from the FPS Employment in November.
If your company is not yet registered, you can do so using the FPS Social Security portal (www.socialsecurity.be).

Check if your company is registered in the social elections database of the FPS Employment and consult your e-Box to find your company’s access codes for the FPS Employment’s web application of and various information relating to the organisation of the next social elections.
