Termination of employment

At the beginning of this new year, the new dismissal rules entered into force.

The Act of 26 December 2013 concerning the introduction of the single employment status of blue-collar and white-collar employees with respect to the notice periods and the first day of sick leave and related measures was published in the Belgian Monitor on 31 December 2013.

These rules entered into effect on 1 January 2014.
