The Federal Public Service Employment has modified the remuneration thresholds to be taken into account for the application of certain employment provisions for blue- and white-collar employees.
As of 1 January 2016, following amounts will apply:
|Basic amounts||Amounts applicable for 2015||Amounts applicable as of
1 January 2016

Currently these remuneration thresholds are only relevant to check the validity of a non-competition clause, an arbitration clause and an education clause.
