The Federal Public Service Employment has changed the remuneration thresholds to be taken into account for applying certain legal provisions of employment contracts of white-collar employees.

 

As of 1 January 2015, following amounts will apply:

This means essentially that the salary thresholds applicable for employment contracts in 2015 will only be relevant for the validity of the non-competition clause, the arbitration clause and the education clause.

As of 1 January 2015, employers have to use new salary thresholds to determine if the non-competition clause, the arbitration clause and the education clause are valid.
