He is regarded as one of the leading lawyers in Belgium for actively assisting employers subject to extensive audit and investigation by the various labour inspectorates.

Bart Adriaens began his career at the Brussels Bar and moved to the Kortrijk Bar in 1995, where he had the honour of giving the opening address to the Bar in 1996. He graduated from the University of Ghent (UGent) and is also a graduate in labour law, with a degree from the University of Brussels (ULB).
