Luc Bihain specialises in commercial law, economic law and company law. He represents the interests of companies in commercial disputes and legal proceedings. He also offers advice and assistance to businesses in negotiating various trade agreements (such as transfer agreements, acquisition agreements, mergers, agency and concession agreements).

Luc Bihain also has extensive knowledge of economic criminal law. He is an associate professor at the University of Liège where he specialises in economic criminal law in the economic aspects of criminal law. 

He has also published many articles on commercial and economic law, especially in connection with the criminal liability of corporate bodies.

Finally, Luc Bihain is a co-author of "Le manuel de la faillite et du concordat judiciaire" and regularly takes part in seminars devoted to this subject. He graduated from the University of Liège.
