Jean-Paul Lacomble advises on all aspects of employment law with a particular interest in business restructuring and transfer of undertakings.  

Jean-Paul lectures extensively and has written numerous publications including recently:

• a case law review on employee representative elections, Journal des Tribunaux du travail, November 2003;
• a comparative study of 178 restructurings and social plans in Belgium, Oriëntatie, November 2004;
• closing down and employer bankruptcy, Kluwer, February 2004.

Registered at the Liège Bar, he was a member of the Bar Council in 2002 and 2003 and had the honour of giving the opening address to the Bar in 1997. He graduated from the University of Liège.
